Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants x 2

5.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 11.55am - 1.00pm.  NJC Salary Scale A1, Point 8 - Actual Salary £1,957.34 per annum

Required for November 2018, the Governors are looking to appoint two lunchtime supervisory assistants to acitvely supervise the pupils in the dining room, playground and throughout the school premises during the lunchtime period.

Level 1 Teaching Assistant with Lunchtime Supervision.  Temporary for one year in the first instance depending upon funding.

16 hours 50 minutes  per week, term time only.  Hours of work are 11.55am until 3.15pm.  

NJC Salary Scale A1-B1, scale point 10.  Actual salary £6,364.12.

Required as soon as possible, the Governors are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and flexible Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 1.  You will have excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills; understand how individual children learn to ensure rapid process; is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour and works effectively as part of a skilled team including outside agencies.  You will be warm, friendly and empathetic and is supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.   The successful candidate will be required to supervise pupils outside at lunchtimes.  This is a temporary post for 1 year in the first instance.

The Directors of the Bishop Wheeler Catholic Academy Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated Data Protection and Projects Officer to provide a professional service for our Trust of ten schools.  The successful candidate will be the central point of contact and advice on data protection, Freedom of Information requests and information management matters for the Trust and enjoy managing other projects that bring variety to this role.

You will join a friendly team of people within the growing shared services team based at St. Mary’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, Menston with some travel required to our schools across Leeds and North Yorkshire.

Senior Trust Finance Officer

Full time, fixed term contract for one year to cover maternity leave. NJC Salary scale PO2, scale point 35, £31,401 - £37,107

Required as soon as possible, an experienced accountant to work in our shared services team as part of the Bishop Wheeler Catholic Academy Trust. This is a 12 month minimum maternity cover based at St. Mary's Menston in the Trust offices. The successful candidate will be able to line manage the Trust finance team and be able to provide financial support to the Headteachers and staff of our 10 schools and support the Directors of the Trust.

The post is full time, 37 hours per week and will include regular travel to the Trust's schools with the opportunity to work from home on occasions. We offer a generous holiday allowance, pension fund and flexible working conditions.

You will have sound financial expertise, however we do not expect you to have previous educational experience as full training will be given.

General Kitchen Assistant

Temporary for 6 months, 25 hours per week, term time only. Salary Scale A1 (actual salary £9,320 per annuam)

Hours of work: 9.15am until 2.30pm with a 15 minute unpaid break each day. Uniform provided.

Required for September 2018, we are looking to appoint a General Kitchen Assistant on temporary 6 months contract to join ourr catering team to assist with the provision of a high quality catering service for our students and staff.  You will be an enthusiastic and flexible team player with excellent communication skills.  Duties include food preparation, serving food at morning break and lunchtime, washing up, operating tills and cleaning duties as required.  A knowledge of food hygiene standards is desirable
